Our psychiatry and mental health program provides evaluations, ongoing support, and medication management. Because your mental health provider works alongside your primary care physician, your care is coordinated in a way that standalone mental health clinics cannot offer.

What to Expect
Mental Health Screening
Evidence-based screenings (PHQ-9, GAD-7) are conducted at routine primary care visits to identify concerns early.
Dedicated Evaluation
If a concern is identified, a dedicated behavioral health evaluation is scheduled with our psychiatric provider.
Treatment Plan
A personalized plan is created, medication, therapy referrals, or lifestyle interventions depending on your needs.
Integrated Follow-Up
Your mental health provider coordinates directly with your PCP so your physical and mental health plans reinforce each other.
Who Can Access This Service
Available to all patients at our 6726 Hanley Rd Tampa location. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans. No insurance? Call us to discuss self-pay rates.
